Danica Halverson is a seasoned mortgage advisor with over 26 years of experience in the lending industry. Having lived in Northern California her entire life, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her local clients, guiding them through the many complexities of securing a mortgage.
As a trusted partner, Danica has helped hundreds of clients navigate home purchasing over the course of her career. She is a passionate advocate - working tirelessly to help her clients achieve their financial goals, while providing a stress-free and positive experience throughout initial engagement to final closing.
As a mother, daughter, sister, and loyal friend to many, Danica brings her unique compassion and empathy to all her client interactions. When she is not busy helping families secure their dream homes, Danica enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, cooking, and spending time with her loved ones.

Kristen is a fifth generation Sacramentan and descendant of frontiersman Kit Carson. She has spent her entire life in the greater Sacramento area but has a passion for travel! Kristen has raised two daughters, both successful college graduates with thriving careers and now a proud grandmother of three. You’ll find her weekends filled with boating, paddle boarding, hiking, adventuring with her two doodles, listening to live music, and creating succulent artwork. She has a passion for volunteering and supporting her community through church, youth sports and feeding the underprivileged. She is passionate and dedicated, working with her will be a winning experience for you.
In-House Marketing Concierge
Meet Rikki Garbez, our in-house marketing specialist and owner of Social Revenue Society - Luxury Marketing Concierge Service. Rikki partners with us and our agents to ensure we have top-quality marketing and automation in place. She is also in the process of obtaining her mortgage license in Arizona to help us service more clients, and assists us in correspondence to our current clients to make sure they get updates and documents quickly, consistently, and accurately. Rikki is a Folsom, CA native but currently lives with her husband, 3 year old daughter, and two German Shepherd pups in Peoria, Arizona. Rikki is passionate about “helping the underdog” and finds purpose in using her creativity and business intellect to help business owners elevate their brands, increase profit, and create more thriving entrepreneurs in the community. She is a cancer survivor and enjoys getting involved with organizations and events that give back to that community.
